These Terms govern your use of WeServeX apps, website, and related services. By creating an account or using WeServeX, you agree to these Terms.
The service
WeServeX is a marketplace that connects clients with independent service workers for home visits. WeServeX facilitates booking, tracking, messaging/notifications, and wallet settlement. Workers are not employees of WeServeX unless expressly stated.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risk.
Bookings & payments
Quoted amounts are held in the WeServeX wallet ledger when you book. Funds settle when a visit is completed according to platform rules. Cancellation fees may apply after the free window, as shown in the app before you confirm. Card and Apple Pay top-ups may be introduced through licensed payment partners; until then, wallet credit may be simulated in non-production environments.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the platform, harass users, or submit false documents.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape, or disrupt services.
- Workers must only accept jobs they can perform safely and lawfully.
Liability
Services are provided “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeServeX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from visits arranged through the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
